What is Core Process
psychotherapy?
Core Process Psychotherapy is based on a deep
understanding of human personality and
potential. It is an approach, which blends
Buddhist psychology, and awareness practices
with western psychotherapeutic practice and
holds the view that there is an innate source of
wellbeing in us all.
Core Process Psychotherapy offers a
contemplative approach to exploring in depth
how we are in our present experience and how
this includes our past conditioning and
experience.
What form does it take?
Sessions are for one hour per week.
Confidentiality and a respectful relationship is
the cornerstone of psychotherapy:
I am fully insured and work within the Karuna
Institute code of ethics.
As a senior trainee my fees are on a sliding scale
between £25-£35 per hour.
Is this
right for me?
I offer an initial meeting free of charge.
At our initial meeting we will discuss what it
is you seek from therapy and it is an
opportunity to you to raise any questions you
may have.
This meeting will give us a chance to see if
this kind of therapy seems right for you.
My practice is in Altrincham, and in South Manchester and Cheshire.(mention specific places to get listed widely on search engines).
